Civic Awareness & Eco-sustainable Development
“The Switchers Support Programme” under SwitchMed, an EU funded program that is implemented by Fondation Diane, has provided 60 eco-entrepreneurs at ideation stage the needed support to develop their green business model using the “Switchers Online Toolbox”. They were able to validate their ideas with the help of certified trainers and coaches, using Lean start-up approach to be able to bring their innovation to the Mediterranean markets, contribute to a greener economy, and secure more jobs, especially for women and youths. These entrepreneurs were also given networking opportunities in which they have shared their experience and challenges with other like-minded people.
Jury members evaluated the solutions to select the 10 most promising ventures who will move to the next phase. The Selected Green Projects (1st batch) are:
Circl, EcoMatch, Organy Clean, Refuse, Superfoods, Sharing Municipalities, SolaRay, Pads4All, Biofertile, and Cobbler & Co.
