Chief Operations Officer – Fondation Diane
Joyce, the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Fondation Diane, brings over two decades of management experience. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations & Advertising, her career journey has taken her through various industries, from her early days as a Managing Director at Universal Graphic Design, where she worked on significant projects. She later ventured into automotive and media, gaining valuable experience. During her time as Executive Director at CLUB LA MARINA – Leisure & Sport Club, she witnessed impressive growth. As General Manager at OFFSET printing press, she learned valuable lessons in managing various aspects. Her role as Recreational Manager at InterContinental Jordan- IHG gave her the chance to grow in the international hospitality business. Finally, as Project Manager at DAR AL CHAER an eco-touristic destination in the North of Lebanon allowed her to contribute to empowering women and youth in the surrounding villages.
Joyce’s career reflects her continuous commitment to growth and learning, making her grateful for the opportunity to lead Fondation Diane, where she strives to make a positive impact while staying grounded in her journey of personal and professional development.
