The Waste Sorting Campaign has been re-launched in September 2020 at USJ!
Sorting bins can be found across the University’s campuses. The Fondation Diane, through CEEDD, provided a new truck to collect the sorted waste and ensure its transportation to recycling plants. Let’s work together to reduce the amount of waste that ends up at sea. All you must do is throw the waste away:
• Paper (clean and dry) in the orange sorting bin.
• Plastic, glass, cardboard, and metal (clean and dry) in the blue sorting bin.
• Organic waste, food scraps, tissues, tea bags) in the green sorting bin.
• Dirty and non-recyclable waste should be put in the brown garbage can, which corresponds to the household waste.
